Henpecked Husband

Submission is the act of submitting to the power of another. But often times we enjoy the life of a master rather than a humble servant though one must be under one to another for order and discipline.

Christians must have a system to be followed for them to live a peaceful and safe life without conflict or disorder.

There is a specific structure for the christian family in relation to Christ and God the father as in a Company with organizational chart. I mean, not everybody can become President and no subordinate.

Eph 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Eph 5:21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

Eph 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

Eph 5:24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

It is therefore not permitted for the husband who is under the Lord to be under his wife or be a henpecked husband under the disguise of love and understanding for the wife.

1 Pet 3:7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

However, wives who are submitting themselves to a husbands not under the Lord may get infected with their wickedness. Submitting therefore to a husband who is hooked on drugs, a gambler, womanizer or any other vices, he may corrupt the good and honest wife.

1 Cor 15:33 Be not deceived: Evil communications corrupt good manners.

Likewise, Children are commanded to honor thy father and thy mother with a promise of a long life.

Eph 6:2 Honor thy father and mother (which is the first commandment with promise)

Eph 6:3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

For in the day of Moses, dishonoring the parents is death.

Ex 21:15 And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.

Ex 21:17 And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.

Mk 7:10 For Moses said, Honor thy father and thy mother; and, Whoever curseth father or mother, let him die the death:

On the contrary, Fathers who raped their children is not worthy of honor not even a slight respect for they are not under the Lord but under satan the devil.

Jn 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do: he was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
