Alak

Judg 13:4 Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine, nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing:

Prov 20:1 Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whoever is deceived by it is not wise.

Lk 1:13 But the angel said to him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

Lk 1:15 For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.

Jn 2:9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was; (but the servants who drew the water knew) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

Jn 2:10 And saith to him, Every man at the beginning presenteth good wine; and when men have well drank, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

1 Tim 5:23 Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach’s sake, and thy frequent infirmities.

Is 5:11 Woe to them that rise early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflameth them!

Eph 5:18 And be not drunk with wine, in which is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

Eph 5:18 At huwag kayong magsipaglasing ng alak na kinaroroonan ng kaguluhan, kundi kayo’y mangapuspos ng Espiritu;

Prov 23:29 Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes?

Prov 23:30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine.

Prov 23:31 Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth its color in the cup, when it moveth itself aright.

Prov 23:21 For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.

Rev 17:6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

Is 51:21 Therefore hear now this, thou afflicted, and drunken, but not with wine:

Is 49:26 And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Savior and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

Jn 6:54 Whoever eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

Jn 6:55 For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
