Signs lead us to something we’re searching and looking for. Signs come in different form and style. It can be digital, electrical, magnetic, banners, promotional, flags, handcrafted, billboards, display equipments, posters, directories, neon signs, decals, vehicle graphics & more – all pointing to someone for service, directions or something we basically need or must do.

Signs are used by self proclaimed Christians to show their unwavering faith. The sign of the cross, shaking of the body to signify spirit intervention, lighting of candles, burnt offerings, burning of incense and the sprinkling of water, though showing good gestures, will never make any person holy in the eyes of God.

Heb 10:4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

Heb 10:5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

For it is the word that makes the body perfect not signs, symbols, rituals, sacrifices, beat, rhythm or voluntary humility.

Jn 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Col 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshiping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Seek ye first the righteousness of God to become worthy.

Ps 7:17 I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.

Signs & wonders brought out the children of Israel in the land of Egypt.

Acts 7:36 He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years.

False Christ and prophets was prophesied to use signs & wonders to deceive those in the faith.

Mt 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

But this sign may not be acceptable: When one early morning after spending several nights away and clothes are scattered outside your door, it’s a clear sign for moving out. And from that day onward, your absence is very much appreciated. 😆
