Who is stealing from God?

Following verses are the favorites of greedy Pastors repeatedly read during fellowship to instill fear among members who will not give the 10% tithes.

Malachi 3:8 Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me. But you say, ‘How have we robbed you?’ In your tithes and contributions.

Malachi 3:10 Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.

Tithe is a commandment of God for all Israel but not to the Gentiles who became Christians.

Malachi 4:4 “Remember the law of my servant Moses, the statutes and rules that I commanded him at Horeb for all Israel.

Christ made a new covenant and that makes the law of Moses obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

Acts 13:39 and by him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses.

And what is the new law that made Moses tithes obsolete?

2 Corinthians 9:7 Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

10% is compulsary and therefore not voluntarily given with gusto.

Jeremiah 23:30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, declares the Lord, who steal my words from one another.

If pastors steal the words of God by hiding the truth to their members then clearly they are the robbers and obviously stealing from God.
